Articling Student

How Esther supports our team

Esther is returning to Houser Henry & Syron LLP as the firm’s articling student.  She will work closely with our lawyers and supports clients on corporate and commercial real estate matters. Esther has adopted the firms plain English practices in her daily routine of drafting business documents.

Esther is a respected graduate of the University of Western Law School and is a member of the Dean’s Honour List. In addition, she holds an Honours BA in Political Science and Sociology.

During her time at law school, Esther participated as an associate at the Community Legal Services in London.  She is an active member of Pro Bono Students Canada and acted as a case-worker for the Elgin Oxford Legal Clinic in St. Thomas. To add to her busy schedule, Esther volunteered her time with local charities, assisting with tax and corporate filings.

During the summers, Esther gained additional experience as a research assistant in the tax department for a mid-sized law firm in downtown Toronto.  She was also employed as a junior financial analyst at an accounting firm.

Esther’s passion
